About DICE
Founded in 2019 in Massachusetts, Diversity & Inclusion for Community Empowerment (DICE) is a network of individuals and community groups committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in local cities and towns. We foster the exchange of ideas, challenge each other to think in new ways, and provide support for members to take action in our evolving communities. Together we can address systemic issues, raise cultural awareness, and celebrate diversity as a part of everyday life.

Our mission is for all residents and children to experience a strong sense of community through the understanding and appreciation of the differences and similarities that make up our cities and towns.
